Maybe it is just paranoia.

But I would be lying if I said the discomfort is not there.
(*Is is MY blog and I would use a conjunction at the start of a sentence!)

My back feels weird. It was only during my National Service medical check-up when I was told that I had a curved back. Or rather known as "Scoliosis" or is my case a "Lordosis"?????

Anyway, I sit down in front of my laptop for hours with a bad posture. I think I made it worse because the discomfort is getting worse. When I stand, I feel as if the lower portion of my spine has been twisted. Not a good feeling at all.

What am I going to do about it? Nothing for now.

Maybe it is just paranoia.
